Using a support system
A support system, Artologic and e-journal, offers a simple way of handling support requests. Using this support system you can take advantage of and use the knowledge you have gathered within your organization. The handling of support request’s will become easier since questions and solutions are gathered and organized in a knowledge database. You can search among previous requests to find the answer to a question. This means that the knowledge gained from previous solutions can be reused and applied to new problems.
