We would like to congratulate our clients ICA Banken and Länsförsäkringar Bank for placing at the top the Svenskt Kvalitetsindex list!

ICA Banken is the bank with the highest customer satisfaction rating and Länsförsäkringar is the mortgage lender that is most appreciated by its customers according to the Svenskt Kvalitetsindex annual survey. Both of the mortgage lenders named in the top three are Emric’s clients (Länsförsäkringar, SBAB). The third at the top of the list is “Others not specified individually.” All three banks in the top three are clients of Emric (ICA, Länsförsäkringar and Danske Bank). We are very proud to be working with such successful lenders and banks, offering them system support and helping to develop credit and customer evaluation processes. Emric’s KreDirekt system enables our clients to effectively and in a customer-friendly way interact with their banking customers in all distribution channels, from the Internet to branch offices.

Emric Business Consulting to be set up as a separate company with Joachim Grebe as CEO

In order to facilitate the recruitment of highly qualified individuals to Emric Business Consulting, the Emric Credit Business Consulting operation is being set up as a separate company with a portion of the shares in the company allocated for sale to a group of partners.

Emric’s Business Consulting is an important area for Emric because:
it provides a strong knowledge-oriented profile for the company and is a source of innovation and fresh ideas; 

business consulting often comes before systems in the clients’ buying process;

Emric’s long-standing relationships with clients provide excellent opportunities for add-on sales through our business consultants who take initiatives and sell with credibility and competence.

Liza Nyberg will be the Chairman of Emric Business Consulting and, as of 17 January 2007, Joachim Grebe will be the CEO.

Over the past three years Joachim, who is 39, has had his own business, working as a consultant focusing on finance, strategy and business development projects. His biggest clients were SBAB and Swedbank and his assignments for them included managing a variety of business projects associated with secured bonds, Basel II and trading with various instruments.

Joachim has been active in the finance industry since 1998. For five years he worked at Öhman Fondkommission as chief analyst and financial analyst within telecoms and IT. He played a major role in Öhman’s involvement in IPOs for companies such as Telia AB and Boss Media AB. During this period, Joachim was also a part-owner of and partner in Öhman Fondkommission.

Before Joachim became active within the finance sector, he worked with strategy and management consulting at Cap Gemini/Gemini Consulting where he focused on telecoms.
